Quotes and Payment
Fees for our graphic design services will be provided to you as a quote after discovery call  has been conducted. The quote will detail the scope of work and the associated costs. We offer monthly payment options via Stripe. Once you accept the quote, you agree to the payment terms specified.

Late Communication Fees
Timely communication is essential to the successful completion of a project. If there are delays in communication from your end that affect the project timeline, we reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover any extra time or resources required to accommodate these delays. The specifics of these fees will be outlined in the project agreement or invoiced separately.

No Refunds
All payments made for our services are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review the details of your quote carefully before committing to a project.

Delivery 
Delivery times for services will be outlined in the agreed-upon project timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party service disruptions.
